Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable.

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, requirements, and details before completing a purchase.

Physical Products – 30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
